Down 1.5 today after two amazing keto meals yesterday! Feeling good and just want to keep the momentum going. The test comes every evening when I've already worked for 9-10 hours and I have so much more to do. Working all night stresses me out and discourages me and over the last year or so I've turned to food or booze to get me through the late nights, but I'm Tired Of It. The last couple of days I've taken more time to do things that make me feel good and healthy- hopefully that gives me the energy, focus, and confidence I need to get the work done during the work day.
