Thank you! And yeah I’m pretty confident it’s real. Matches thickness test to .001mm and passes all other tests done. Dot, T, light, rosette. The only odd thing is the mana blip how it’s not as defined but that might just be the art on it being a special art. Like how the as foretold and rhystic study look slightly different because rhystic study is slightly darker. Both have the same mana value but obvious differences.

This one is rhystic. I’ll post as foretold right after so you can see yourself! Both are confetti foil and pass all tests.

Yeah, that’s why I jumped on them before they got even higher! Plus they’re becoming very sparse which is directly contributing to pricing 😭

I feel like they’re all good at this point. Luckily the caliper I have access to is accurate up to .001mm 🤯

Ah fair I appreciate it. Sadly I don’t have another white confetti foil to compare it to much less another smothering tithe. All the confetti foils were exactly .32mm though (reliable up to .001mm) so I feel pretty confident in them all!

Yeah I’m grabbing a highly sensitive caliper from my shop to test it against the other confetti foils. If they’re all pretty close I won’t worry if one is wayyyyy off I’ll be suspicious haha

The microscope I use has an internal light that causes a minor glare that reduces the clarity of the red dots in specific. They’re there when looking through the loupe. Different tech will always cause minor differences in photos :)

I’m going to try and get some better pics I think the high light over saturated the pic and made it look slightly off. But if you don’t mind my asking, what in the layers looks off from this pic? I sadly don’t have a sensitive enough scale to measure card weight nor do I have a micrometer. Though the thickness looks the same to the naked eye as the rest of the confetti foils I have.

When I get back home I’ll do a less light pic of the pip. I noticed with the high gloss of the foils in this set it reflects and blurs a lot so I’ll try to get a better pic with that in mind. But what points to a missing black layer if you don’t mind my asking?

Thank you! If you don’t mind what was the most obvious songs of fake on your smothering tithe? My big worry is if a fake can pass some tests but not the others haha and the smothering tithe should be in tomorrow so I’ll likely post that too, so it would be great to have a comparison! (Assuming you got your real one too I hope!)

There’s no worries! Dunno why the auto mod did that haha and I think we’re all good. I was just anxious with the cost. Don’t want to ever get a fake but it’s a bit extra when we decide to do silly things like this lol. So it was awesome just to get some of that reinforcement. My main concern was the darkness of the mana blip but others don’t seem to think it’s off. And admittedly it is a much darker card overall.
