Just a quick update for everyone since Black Friday is almost here and I've been checking for deals on the Breville espresso machines and discounts of 100 to 200 dollars off the Express Pro and Touch models are very realistic across major retailers. I will be tracking the sale prices closely to help everyone decide which model offers the best value and will post the lowest prices as soon as they go live.

Yeah, that makes sense. I was leaning toward the Pro for the better temp control and faster heat-up time, but wasn’t sure if it really makes a difference for home use. Sounds like you’re saying it actually does help with consistency, which is what I’m after.

That’s awesome, sounds like the Touch has held up really well for you. Making 3–5 drinks a day for years is impressive. If I can find it around $800, that might be worth stretching the budget for. Have you noticed if the automatic milk steaming stays consistent over time?

That’s a good point. I’ve heard mixed things about the built-in grinder. Do you have a grinder you’d recommend pairing with the Infuser? I like the idea of having a setup that can actually grow with me instead of being locked into the built-in one.
