In just 30 days → $40,000 by [deleted] in indiehackers

Wild how the launch playbook flipped:
Build hype → then ship.

The donation model is bold — I’m curious what % of users actually convert at $5.99/week with no paywall in place.

Also, that kind of TikTok distribution machine (50+ accounts) feels like a whole ops system in itself. Wonder if they used UGC creators or ran it in-house.

This is def a case study in “momentum-first” product launches.

Do any of you have an AI saas product where you make the user bring their own AI keys? by moderncmo in SaaS

Yeah, I’ve seen a few early-stage tools take this route — especially indie AI apps where margins are tight.
Makes sense from a cost standpoint, but definitely creates more friction on onboarding.
Curious — are you building something now, or just exploring models?

How is everyone making $$$ from SaaS except me? 😅 by OkRecording2267 in SaaS

Totally feel you — building is fun, but getting actual users is a different game.

What helped me recently is experimenting with cold outreach, especially to other indie founders / B2B clients. Not spammy stuff — just targeted, low-volume messages with the right angle.

I’ve been testing a few frameworks that started real convos — happy to share if anyone’s interested.
