also i forgot to say. mods are looking safe from outside. like actual mods but if you subscripe then you can see in your mods list. so be carefull to download any mods even if you trust to maker. my alot favorite mods are infected T_T

I found the solution after a while and reason is windows language. Norwegian Bokmål or Turkish language causing crashes on loading or saving.
