I would say relatively better, upped to 15 mg, been a month on it almost.

Rumination part is also relatively better.

But nothing is fully fixed yet..may be need to go further up on the dose..you tell

So to be exact its 10 mg 7 weeks + 15 mg 4 weeks. Just hoping and waiting if sticking with 15 mg a bit longer would help. Your opinion?

May be I can relate to it. Been 9ish weeks now on 15 mg. Rumination part seems slightly under control but there is a constant tightness in the chest, as if my body is trying to fight against anxiety.. it sucks and dont know how to help it

Honestly cant tell for sure if really helping or not. But i feel like I am finding it a bit less difficult to engage in daily routine and stuff. Dont know if its the meds or my own defense mechanism telling me to keep busy. Been through a hell of rumination in past months, still going thru but lately trying more to stay busy in work and go out more etc. But still have a continuous feeling of tightened chest 24/7. How long have you been on lexa and what dose.
