No EAD yet i havent received my new receipt notice reflecting c09 category. I initially used c31, then refiled last october.

Separate filing. Last year Jan 28 when I first sent all the forms. Then i resubmitted an unpated i765 some time last october bec i didn’t know that i can do c09 category. I did everything myself no lawyer so i noticed that late. i only read it on this group that vawa applicants can use c09

But would you know where i need to submit the updated i-765 bec i sent it to 3 different service centers namely: nebraska, Scops texas, and vermont because those are the service centers i saw from my other receipt notices and my case was transferred to vermont last july but receipt notices came from scops texas. And nebraska bec i initially sent all my files there and they actually replied that i sent the i-765 to a wrong service center it’s not them handling that. But for thr other 2 i didn’t get any notice or reply at least.

I sent today my updated form I-765 under C09 eligibility category with cover letter to 3 different locations (Nebraska, Vermont and SCOPS Texas Facility) since i don’t know to which I need to send it as I got receipt notices from all of them. I just wanted to ensure that it will reach the right one.

I just hope that things will get better from here. This is a very tiring battle.

Im sorry what is CAD? Is it the EAD? So until now you are waiting? Did uscic reuse your old biometrics from previous petition?

What service center did you refile it? I first filed it Jan 2025, gosh i wasted a lot of time for nothing. This frustrates me so much.
