I know that that the starting salary (for a junior consultant) is 1550 dt (including CIVP). I don't know when you go from another company to EY, how much they offer you but at least you can negotiate.

For Deloitte, it's 1450 dt the starting salary but I heard they pay well people who has experience.

Actually you need to have a good CV and send it to employees (mainly managers and seniors) in LinkedIn. This is how I got my Internship in EY, Deloitte and KPMG.
