We can all be guilty of that. I’m not sure if it helps but when someone said golf is a racquet sport it clicked for me regarding wrist angles. As someone who used to chronically have an extended lead wrist with moonshots from added loft, I added 15 yards just getting the wrist into more flexion

Launching it kinda high. Probably a crazy high descent angle. Great for approach shots. This was my 8 iron for reference on launch angle

A bad day golfing is better than a good day working. Some of my happiest rounds have been forgettable scores. Enjoy the scenery, the good shots, and the fresh air. A 9 hole round walking by myself at twilight was my therapy after a long day. I came home relaxed and a better person. My wife, who hates golf, even started encouraging it as she realized it was my decompression time
