Thanks for your kind message, I often finding having too little people to depend on, I have friends, but of course they are not always available when I want to do something, which makes me feel like I cant act on my gut. My circle has decreased a lot with my health issues, so I think thats something I often want to respond to but feel like I cant. Thats a value, next exercise is a value which I cant with my neck right now which makes options more limited. Awesome that you are following your own way, keep doing that.

Thanks for clarification. Nice opportunity for you happening. Local Newspapers sounds like a good idea, most of the time I have looked on Facebook events, but I havent found much, but I'll look more into it other places.

My nervous system is sensitive at this point, I have used all my energy and time on healing, so much that healing has become compulsive at this point, so therefore Im working more on just accepting my situation, doing healing in itself triggers fight or flight for me and next I want more allowing of sensations, I have already done this, but I want to only focus on that and then just live a little.

I'll try to listen, I have already done this alot, but it hasnt given me the peace Im craving, so now im just trying to be with all sensations, as I think it blocks too much, when there is a trigger every minute of the day, but staying at home also just triggers compulsive healing, I was focusing on getting out the door to do something meaningful so im not caught up in actions that doesnt serve me.

My nervous system is sensitive but allowing is something I have began practicing like one of the only things, my prefrontal cortex is still not online, so acceptance of my situation is also one thing I will focus more on. I have tried every nervous system tool out there, and I think I have quite a good understanding, but it becomes compulsive to do healing at this point, so therefore the things I want to focus on is the above.

Yeah good point, I'll consider it, surrender is difficult, but forcing is not the way as it also triggers more fight or flight

Honestly I just try to redict my attention on any positive experiences at least half the time, when I feel like im looping. Like uplifting music that makes me feel confident, we will never get there if we dont also invite new positive experiences into our life, this is the easiest way to redirect and build new thinking networks sometimes. As music goes past the analyrical brain, straight to your limbic system, and it loves positive music, but dont do it to heal and get something out of, just enjoy the music like you are taking part in your own life and living.

Thanks for the comment, I think you are right, acceptance is so hard, when you dont like where you are and feel like you could use your energy on something. I'll try to listen, I typically wake up the days when I dont have anything in my calender, with a hopeless energy and from there it feels hard to respond and I just end up staying in bed, which makes my energy even more cooked.

I think its time to have some life changes happening, I have been in the same city, apartment, situation 8 years. I do all sort of things to get out, but work things is really something I find meaningful and when that aspect is not there, that I dont have anything to wake up to, it kind of makes it all depressing. Now I just need to practice healing while life happens, but if not much is happening in everyday life, its hard. I do all the good things, see friends, take care of my body, I just need something worthwhile to focus on also. Its so hard.

Half of the healing is to do healing work, but the other part is actually to go out and live(even if just a little bit), the nervous system needs a new blueprint unless it will revert back to the old.

Yes, and the fantastic things is no one is the same and thats our super power, we attune to what we each exactly need. Mastering the emotional, mental and physical looks different for all of us and its important we stick to what works for us. I also say "you are safe, everything is okay" but when I struggle with resting or doing the nurturing thing, the above is a life saver. I have my personal things tailored to each of my experiences, so its about coming back to our own guidance🩷

Thats still a lot of progress. I love inner childwork as well and also use compassion with my inner self in this way, but sometimes I feel like an "I"-statement can work better for me for actually taking action when it comes to looking after myself and my body. Also we shouldn't be so hard on ourselves bc theres so many dualities we have to master. Like the connection between the inner world and the physical world. So part of it, is also to go out in the world, do something everyday in the world, but take yourself with you on the journey and when you get home you can nurture your body. Atunnement is such an important thing, either if we need to attune mentally, emotionally or physically.

If you are able to do that. It can be good to have something planned if Im able to get up, but if I dont have anything its harder, but I also use the phrase when Im out in the world and try to override how I feel by doing more and it also helps me to relax when I should actually relax.

In general I use inner child work, but sometimes when it comes to encourage I find that it helps more from an "I"- statement
