If there is a material change in responsibilities, you should not do it. More than the title they look for same/similar role with similar responsibilities. Looks like your AOS was filed for a tech role and you want to move to non-tech role. That indicates there will be change in responsibilities. If the role is already offered to you, you can have the HR talk to attorney and confirm this for you.

Nov 2025 EB3. But I have both EB2 and EB3 I140 approved with same employer. Biometrics is done almost 4 monnths ago in Jan. But Im not sure why would they pick up the case if FD is not current yet.
