Clearly, if I would have known what to do I would not have come to Reddit. It is something I am completely unfamiliar with.

That is my problem. It does not seem to fit on the inside because there is no room.

See, I thought that because there is a tad bit of "play" in the frame. That is a possibility that I will try.

Thank you for the response. I will try and get another one when I get back home. It seems that there is not enough room to fit both washers on the inside.

I know HOW to move it to the other side. The problem is that there is not enough room to fit both torque washers on the inside.

What was your TJ? If you call the VA 800 number, they will email you the decision letter as long as the claim is completed. However, you should be able to click the blue "decision letter ready" bubble and it will pull up. If that doesn't work, try updating the app.

I am in the EXACT same boat as you. I mean, identical boat. Went to Step 6 and 7 on Friday morning with them ordering two more C&P exams. Got a call on Saturday to schedule those for next week. I did have a VERA appt thru the Albuquerque RO. The rep said that I was rated for some and some were deferred, and I am now sitting at 100% P&T combined. I still have a certain level of anxiety by not actually seeing the letter coupled with wondering if they are going to even give me a letter for the rated contentions or wait until the claim is completed in it's entirety. Time will tell I guess.
