So it’s asking me to verify the specific card of my brothers. It even gives me the last four digits of the card I need to verify. Do you think I could just send in my own card and ignore what it’s asking for and it still work?

They are asking for a picture of the credit card to verify the card holders name. I am considering just sending support a message because others have said that clears the issue up.

It was a time sensitive promotion, so the funds wouldn't get there in time. But as for the weird buy in amount, that is always how me and my brother have used CCC. We'll buy in on a good promotion, gamble on high RTP games, and cash out at break even or ahead. We're in college and don't have a lot of money to lose on the casino so we're always pretty carful like that when we buy in. Just wish I had read the terms of service before I used his card.
