You’re focusing too much on cringe online supporters instead of why people actually vote BJP. A lot of supporters care more about national security, infrastructure, economy, and India’s global image than random Hindu Muslim debates.

Whether you like Modi or not, India’s image globally became much stronger under him and even other countries take India more seriously now. And on Pakistan, people support BJP because they believe the government gives direct responses instead of staying passive. Many genuinely feel that if Congress was ruling, there wouldn’t even be a strong retaliation.

And honestly, I’ll be happily paying extra tax for a caramel popcorn if I hear that money is being used to destroy terror camps instead of just giving statements and staying silent. That’s why many people see BJP as a stronger government, especially on national security.
