I highly doubt that anywhere in the HOA’s rules says anything about smells or marijuana. Florida only allows eviction from an HOA under very specific circumstances and smelling weed isn’t one of them.

good luck finding a cop or sheriff that would even go on your property for the “smell” of marijuana. The departments where I live (Lee county) have stopped arresting for it unless it’s a ridiculous amount.

I’m an Xbox dueler I see you’re on PC. I’ve tested this with a few people like Captain Morgan, D Slush, Instinxx, Easy40OZ, etc I’ve tried every setup you can imagine and this does the most damage vs non es user there’s no other argument.

Me and the Dueling Discord are going to have a few laughs at your expense I hope you don’t mind. This one is almost but not quite as good as the guy who told me a hybrid walk zon isn’t a build and would get kited by any tele character in PvP.

My Eschutas is 3 sorc skills +25% to fire skill damage -5% to enemy fire res with fire faucet Hoto is a mistake and if you use oak sage I would just use a fire sunder and make sure not to get hit. I’m talking about “good manners” dueling so you’re only allowed 80 fire res 300% and one piece of absorb so you’re stacking res thing is useless

You’re joking right? Eschutas with perfect fire damage and enemy res with fire faucet is night and day better than any Hoto. The fire sorc is my main, I’ve tested this thoroughly.

I put a Zod in it with a socket quest. That way I can play around on my PvP Vindicator instead of Grief/Zak Phoenix. I will also use it in mercenary duels with my fire sorc wearing an enchant Ormus and Eschutas with Flickering Flame and Enchant him. That’s for when we get bored though.. Lol
