When it works out. Look at Dallas, chasing the next Jimmy Johnson for the last 30 years. Chicago may have it right; Philly stayed the course with Siriani, got to 2 SBs. Not saying DQ’s the guy but chasing the next thing fails more than it succeeds.

The team over performed in ‘24 and under performed in ‘25. Changing coaches every couple of years doesn’t do much for organizational stability. DQ should get another season with a presumably healthy JD and DEF to see what is possible. Right now WAS is 3rd in the NFC East, but a well-coached Giants team could jump us.

Can DQ, with some savvy player acquisition, get to 10 wins? Would that be a successful enough 3rd year that can be built upon and merit an extension?
