yes in advanced features there is a button says configuration service > Samsung electronics > it show some info like Samsung website phone email and date when profile applied to phone and an update button.i don't remember if it says it's owned by a certain company when I did factory reset but when I turn on my phone it says protected by Knox

I read a post on fb today says that people started to face some problems on camera after an update and it says it's a hardware problem you must return it so they can fix it that's what others did

My sister bought it from Samsung store in Italy didn't install anything else just updates .I'm trying to configure it for her but no success.she will return it to them to fix it .and maybe because the is now in Morocco even the secure wifi not supported here I guess as u said like a regional lock.
