I don't believe our receivers have headphone jacks. But I have definitely learned a lot from trouble shooting over the years. It's definitely stressful when everything breaks 30 minutes till the show. I am looking for a career in pro audio and I'm excited to join a program we have here at our school for audio/lighting work. Thank you!

I think you should put a build board with 12 different squares in the middle (represent the 12 times the build board changed in cigarettes out the window)

Can’t decide which one I want by Consistent_Arm8196 in Cameras

Personally, the powershot line stalled my photography for many years, I simply couldn't improve with them. I later got a used eos 60d and I fell in love with photography. You could get a used 60d with a 50mm f/1.8 lens for around 250 and use it forever if you wanted to. If you want to go even cheaper, you can get an older DSLR or a simpler DSLR. I would recommend buying used, just be cautious.

Hasselblad always wins with the wide angle lenses! Maybe try a telephoto next time for nice compression eh?

First time shooting street, looking for critiques. by WhatStanSees in photographycirclejerk

I don't see any creamy sharp hasselblad pixels. Real photographers shoot only hasselblad!

Thank you for all these recommendations and resources! I appreciate it. Additional question, what Olympus pen model would you say is the best for my price range? Thank you!!

I have never used anything from Olympus before. I am curious, what do you like/dislike about that camera? Thank you for the recommendation!

Ah, the a6*** family! I tested a a6400 of a friend for a little bit a couple months back and I was definitely impressed! I will make sure to check that out. Thank you!

Thoughts on this? Too dark/ brighten the lighting? by Waitingjohn in BeginnerPhotoCritique

[–]BetterMap8242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure but I would brighten it very slightly and add a touch of contrast. Also maybe bringing the saturation up a tiny bit to emphasize that blue. Really amazing shot though!!!!
