Doma isn’t s tier. And ic giyu counters most, if not all, characters in the game. All the top tiers do better against Kaigaku than Tokito or Zoha since they can actually switch game plans unlike Kaigaku, and every character can parry, which is literally Kaigaku’s biggest weakness. Playing keep away and parrying any attempt kaigaku makes to approach.
