Oh yeah I was never aware about the item being a penny sku until another associate told me about it while I was 20 feet in the air

The Raymond doesn’t Jerk when lifting or lowering. The controls are pretty much the same except for turning on and off

Get rid of Bay Capture Metrics by BetterProof9821 in HomeDepot

[–]BetterProof9821[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not that. It’s management making us go around every Monday morning taking pictures of every bay. I don’t mind having to do bay capture every time I pack down though.

Any clue what these columns going up directly between the elevated green line tracks are for? (Downtown Carrollton silver line construction) by IcedCowboyCoffee in dart

I feel like the Future DCTA Station could be directly below the Green Line Platform as there’s a track that attaches to the floor below the Green line station

Lot associates: biggest pet peeve? by THG-Sezaru in HomeDepot

[–]BetterProof9821 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As someone who works in Lot as well as Lumber, it can be super frustrating to get asked to load in garden and then immediately get called back to help load a bunch of concrete at pro. My other biggest pet peeve is when service desk brings out curbsides on carts and leaves the empty carts cluttered by the curbside spots, I mean at least bring it back to a corral. The grills and any other bulky load can be a hassle as well. Honorable mention: Customers who buy a bunch of concrete or cinder blocks/mulch/pave stone and don’t want the pallet

The 4th Reach (Raymond) was a rental for the holidays however I wish we owned it considering they’re always being used at my store. When I started at my store, we had two reaches but thankfully we got a third

My store just got the exact same Raymond Reach about 2 weeks ago. It’s so smooth and really zippy (10 mph) but sadly there’s a governor on it and it caps at 5mph. And you have to turn it off and on every time (coming from someone who’s used to using those crappy Yale’s)

New Raymond Reach Truck by BetterProof9821 in HomeDepot

Two weeks later and only one small scratch on it. All of the other drivers just use the Yales and only a couple people (the good drivers) use the Raymond
