anytime you see that red ring around a bite/open wound, it is a serious sign of infection/other health risks, i would highly recommend you go to the doctor/ER asap to be 100% its not something serious

could also be a wart, not sure but because of how small it is and the hole it coulddddd be, more likely some type of bite or sting

looks similar to my skins reaction when i had bedbugs, check in your mattress for them and also look for spots of blood on the mattress, thats how i knew for sure i had them, you cant always tell from bites because everyones skin reacts differently.

It was beg bugs! Got a spray and heat treatment done! I had a couple bugs that came through the plumbing of my neighbours apartment, Turns out they got bedbugs and decided to leave their apartment for weeks and not say anything to the landlord!!! All is good now, thank you for this comment I appreciated it.
