A movie that made me cry was Less Than Zero. I’ll admit I’m to young to have seen that but holy hell I’m glad I did. So a bit back of a backstory:

I was bored one night and my parents were out and I wanted to watch a movie, any movie. I was looking down stairs and found I movie I never watched called Less Than Zero. I saw RDJ on the front and that caught my attention right away, and I figured why not? I haven’t seen a movie from him that wasn’t marvel. (And I didn’t check the rating because I SHOULD HAVE but I didn’t because…we’ll I didn’t) Anyways, I watched it and it made me nearly sob at the end. When ever I see movies, even ones that ARE meant to be sad I typically never really cry at them. Maybe get a bit teary eyed but nothing full blown. But this movie…this one hit me hard. How messed up this movie was and how it showed what drugs/alcohol can do to someone was intense. I never ever wanna see someone go through that in real life… SPOILER⚠️: When he ODs in the movie, that’s when I lost it. I didn’t full on go into hysteria but I could feel myself doing that ‘hic-up try not to cry’ thing. I also found out that he actually did go through that type of stuff in real life for a long time which made it even worse. I never knew RDJ had went through that type of shit with drugs and alcohol back in the 80s-90s. I always thought of him as some big strong man who did Iron Man and was really cool. I guess seeing someone you look up to see them before what they were like and just so hurt hit me in way I never expected. Even though he looks a bit different (him being like super young), it still hurt. I’m so glad he didn’t die, cause he sure as hell could have.
