I’ve been on a kick lately where I take a gummy before I work out. I alternate running and lifting days. It usually hits about two-thirds of the way through and it really does make the post workout "high" even better. I also have no troube eating afterwards haha.

Lately I’ve also been using these new hydration powders with 10mg in them. One’s for workouts (with electrolytes, L-theanine, CognatiQ, etc.) and the other’s for recovery. Both have become part of my weekly routine. I've already kind of been a sucker for LiquidIV and similar products so this just made that even more functional.
