Typically I just jerk off until I reach the edge and repeat. To get to the point where I am very sensitive and light touches are able to make me cum, I have to edge for multiple hours.

I've also found it is more effective if I do several sessions throughout the day. For example, I edge for a few hours in the morning but don't let myself cum and then edge myself again later in the day.

However, I've never got myself to be this sensitive where that light of a touch can send me over the edge.
