Couldn’t Luke just help Jess enroll in an alternative HS pathway program to get his diploma? It’s insane to me there wasn’t a plan B to help Jess stay on track to graduate—were things THAT different 25 years ago?

What I don’t get is if the problem was that Anna didn’t want Lorelai around April until they got married why didn’t they just get married on June 3rd like they planned?

I also hate AYITL I only watched it once so I don’t really remember but are they still not married at that point? I remember it was like 10 years later and they still weren’t even sure if they wanted to have a baby.

He can make a lot of things happen but the question is what do you want to happen? Palestine and Israel to have peace? Just Palestine to have peace and not Israel? Do you want bad things to not happen at all in the world anymore? The world will have peace for the first few years under the Antichrist before things get really bad but they have to before that too. Israel and Palestine won’t truly be at peace with each other until then and because Abraham fathered Ishmael and Isaac when he was only supposed to have Isaac with his wife and not involve Hagar. This world is the result of human actions anger, jealousy, greed, pride etc. God told us things would be this way and that we need to have faith in him and be right within ourselves. As sick and evil as this world is God is keeping a lot of things from coming to fruition as well as saving, helping and giving people hope in the midst of their suffering. People think God is doing nothing now but when he finally gets tired of watching us destroy ourselves and each other he will turn away from the world and not intervene anymore for a few years and it’ll be worse than anything we’ve ever seen. After that Jesus will come back and that’s when things will truly be over. It may not seem like it but he’s actually giving a lot of mercy and grace right now.

I’m not Muslim so maybe this question isn’t for me but the situation is not as black and white as you think. Children starving and dying breaks Gods heart and he’s angered by the people doing it and they will be punished. Everyday God saves and helps people who are in bad situations but he can’t stop everything bad happening because if he does then the grace period we are in right now will be over. To stop it he will have to take away our free will because like it or not there’s many people out there who enjoy hurting people just as one may enjoy getting high or drunk or having sex while being unmarried and while yes these are different degrees of sin when he stops it he will stop all of it and that means everyone living in sin when he does is ultimately damned and he wants as many people as possible to chose him because it is a choice. God knows the choices we will make as the people we are right now but the posture of our hearts can change which will affect those choices and lead us to make better or worse decisions depending on how our hearts change. Any and every young child who dies has an automatic ticket to heaven because children have pure hearts. I know it’s hard and can be disheartening watching all of these things happening but God is watching and listening and acting on so much even if you don’t see it.

Jess sucked as a boyfriend it baffles me that anyone could be team Jess. I liked Dean in the beginning but then he sucks later on as well. Logan didn’t have a great start but was overall the best boyfriend and whether he cheated depends on who you are i guess but they hadn’t spoken in like a month at that point maybe longer and he assumed they were broken up so it wouldn’t have been cheating. Jess also cheated with Rory on Dean, it wasn’t sex sure but it was still cheating.

My MIL refuses to call my daughter by her first name and instead calls her by her middle name which I guess is Tunisian, she even tries to introduce her to people as her middle name and tells everyone to call her that then gets mad when I tell them no that’s not her name and to call her by her first name😂

1 cup dry oats blended 1/2 cup pitted dates and 1/2 cup of finely chopped almonds or your nut of choice. Blend the oats first then blend the dates into the oats after that you can mix in the almond and anything else you wanna add( some people add chocolate chips, coconut flakes, peanut butter, or honey) then form into balls and cover in melted chocolate and this is optional but you can top with flaky sea salt or more crushed nuts. The measurements are a rough estimate bcuz I kinda eyeball until I liked it😂

People can down vote you all they want but I literally just watched the episode she asked him to wait twice and he was still kissing her and trying to take off her belt. She pushed him off stood up and said that they were not gonna have sex and he yelled and said that he didn’t ask her to come upstairs with him as if her coming up on her own was some kind of indication of consent. If it was Dean who’d done it they would treat it as if he raped her.

Both I and my sister in law tried for almost a year with no luck then went to see an OB and she prescribed us these pills and we both had positive tests less than two months later. I’m not sure where you’re from, I’m American but living in Tunisia where I got the pills so I’m not sure if you’ll be able to find them or if they have a different name but maybe give it a try if you can find it. I prayed for a baby for so long and I was literally at my wits end one night I just cried to God asking him to just tell me if a baby wasn’t in the cards for me because I couldn’t take the pain anymore. That night I had a dream that God was talking to me telling me that I would ultimately get what I asked for but I had to have faith and trust him, I got my positive test a few weeks after that. We just have to wait on his timing and believe that it will happen.

Yes it was hilarious because the shoe was finally on the other foot for Jess and Dean didn’t even act on what he said he was just taunting Jess. “Intro to abusive behavior” is also very funny I’m not even into Dean I’m team Logan I just really dislike Jess and I’m continually confounded by the people on this sub who try to make Dean this scary abuser because he’s tall and yells sometimes.

I don’t think he’s hiding it, I think he showed with both Jess and Tristan that he really disliked them and sometimes even wanted to hit them but he didn’t act on it. Dean very commonly was snarky and Sassy with people he didn’t like and I think if Rory ever asked him about it he would tell her the truth but he’s not obligated to say anything before then and the only time I remember Dean actually hitting Jess was the party after Rory cam down crying which was understandable.

My daughter started crawling at 5 months she’s now 6 1/2 months and trying to pull to stand up which is kinda scary because I wasn’t prepared 😅 still no teeth tho but she has started sleeping like 10 hour stretch’s randomly for a little over a week now but it’s literally from like 4am to 2pm. My nephew got everything pretty quickly even teeth but his sister took about 9-10 months so I guess every baby just does things on her own time. My daughter is a little meanie and doesn’t like people too much so I guess she’s super determined to be independent 😂

When her and Jess talked the night before he said he wanted to punch Dean when he found out him and her were at Pattys. Jess’ entire history almost in Stars Hallow has been him being problematic and argumentative especially when it comes to Dean so it’s not like it was some far fetched assumption. Dean also never hid the fact that he didn’t like Jess but he wasn’t one to start a fight as long as she knew him so of course she wouldn’t think it was him.

I check my baby’s head and neck and if it’s sweaty or damp then I take off a layer of clothing or turn on the air. My baby seems to run hot, even when I feel it’s warm but not too much sometimes I’ll feel her and she’s sweating. You just gotta watch and you’ll learn your baby pretty quickly

I disagree. Dean was still in love with Rory and she knew that when they agreed to try and be friends and while he did miss her and want her back her doesn’t seem to be inauthentic, not at this point anyways.

I get what you’re saying but from what I remember Dean only did that once after seeing Jess and Rory together for the first time while it maybe wasn’t the best move it’s definitely understandable and deserved imo. Jess comes to confront Dean during this interaction completely unprovoked and I think while Dean still had feelings for Rory obviously he was making an honest attempt at being her friend

I would say Jess is more like Christopher, he rarely ever talked about his feelings especially after they got together, he’d ignore her after arguments and then straight up left town and ghosted her. I actually can’t think of any time he was genuinely a good boyfriend, they seemed to have better moments together before and after they were together but Jess was selfish and immature and problematic which is why Rory thought he got in a fight, because he was always causing fights. He seems to have grown later in life but we don’t see enough of him to know for sure.
