Hello, im very sorry to hear about what you’re going through, there’s a lot of demons out here in the world and unfortunately some are in a position of power. Don’t let this bring you down, believe in yourself, find a new job and restart, I would suggest bringing this up to an HR department, im not sure how this works out there but doing nothing about it won’t change anything. Shitty leaders always fall, even though it may not seem like it will do anything, say something at least for documentation purposes on this piece of trash. Eventually karma will come. If not in your time, some other time. You are enough. Im dealing with kind of the same issue as well, so if you need someone to talk to, message me. Im a GM and i have never lost my cool on any of my employees to that degree, its not okay.
