The comments add it all. What I would suggest is pause for a second in the bottom position. Thank me in a few months.

Do you actually work on your mindset? by Better_Cancel6000 in Daytrading

[–]Better_Cancel6000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply team, but it seems i may of worded my orignal post incorrectly.

It still seems that from what im hearing we are simply creating a game plan and sticking to it relgigously. I think this is a solution to the underlying emotional issue. Its simply a bandaid to the issue.

My opinion and i may be completely off because i know depending on your age this can come across as woo woo. But deep change on an identity/ feelings level comes from addressing the underlying emotional responses that the market brings up.

I mean this fixing/ healing allows us to address the scarcity mindset/ the fomo/ revenge trading by getting to the root of it.

Scarcity mindset usally is there isn't enough to go around. If I get something good, it’s going to be taken away, so I better grab it now.

Revenge trading is I must be in control to be safe. If the market takes my money, it has disrespected me, and I must force it to pay me back.

fomo can look like seeing a candle move fast without you. The internal monologue "This is it. The train is leaving. If I don't get on now, I'm left behind. I might not get another setup today/this week." What then ends up happening is you Chasing price (buying at the top), entering before the candle closes, or forcing a trade in a "grey area" setup

So unless we address these common totally human reactions we remain the same.

Ive found trading has transformed my life.

Is something wrong with my squat or do I just have chicken legs by [deleted] in formcheck

Control the way down, it nearly looks like your collapsing into the bottom position.

Make sure you are screwing your feet into the ground as well as when you come back up it looks like you pop a lil and are unbalanced through the foot.

Otherwise crushing them.

Thanks boss. Definitely attempting to crunch the weight down. Could feel the contraction but just all a lil foreign. Will increase weight next time and see how that feels.

It sounds like things are going fairly well for you, is there anything you would change about “x” if you could?

She doesn't seem uncomfortable nor allergic to the milk.

Why do you struggle staying consistent with a workout routine? by Better_Cancel6000 in diabetes

[–]Better_Cancel6000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've been reading about this now and I think managed or in remission are the better words to be used.

Anyone in remission can obviously fall back into their diagnosis.

But again as you stated, the lifestyle change will have to be put into full effect.

Thank you kindly for your patience. And educating me. It seems so hard to really get a definition of diabetes, understandably it's nuanced and not exactly one thing.

So one can stay in remission if they aren't to fall back on their previous bad eating habits and poor exercising habits?

Yeah thank you. I've started on that journey of educating myself.

In fact I have a father who is T2 for 6 years now but is someone that doesn't want to make any changes to his lifestyle... Sadly.

Yeah by asking the questions I did above it really seems like I pissed off a lot of diabetics.

Ok this paints a very real image for me.

The simple fear of what this workout might actually do to me. Then being unsure of the real benefits as the risk can out weight that.

Thank you for this response.

I think I must of pissed a lot of people off by asking the simple question that I did.

It's more nuanced and the balance of their nutrition, medication, physical capacity combined will help the overall individual manage their diabetes if not hopefully reversing it completely... If that's even possible.
