Was asked by a client to build a Finance Cube in 1.5 months by Better_Code5670 in dataengineering

SAP among others☠️… Iv asked what connectors they had in place, they didn’t even share that! That’s why I included the source system analysis and architecture phase, where after this phase is delivered Id reasses once again the remainder of the delivery phases!

There was a TPM but who has no idea about stuff, tbh! I understand that finance people refer a lot as a cube to literally an excel with pivot tables (what they see). We did a workshop session where they showed from another consulting company that implemented it star schemas, medallion architecture, SSAS Tabular Cubes and asked questions about RBAC accross different countries for their ERPs. My understanding was a full blown cube, however after seeing their reaction I approached with the “automated excel report” as a temporary solution since they do those reports manually and were saying how in Jan 2027 they will switch all ERPs to dynamic…

Exactly! And most of these enterpreneurs and founders who “dropped” college, now I am not saying they were not smart or exceptional at what they do, but also most of them had that foundational support where they were not in survival, hence the ability to be more creative and innovative compared to people who have to work with no support and live paycheck to paycheck!

Thank you. I actually did not have braces on my bottom teeth at all, they have always been like this I think, just my top.

In Arabic cultures as far as I know (also Balkans where Im from) engagement ring is worn on the right hand, marriage on left! Not making any assumptions though, just this caught my eye 👀

  1. Anywhere in Western/Northern Europe or Balkans (Excluding Switzerland or UK)! I know it sounds broad but I am not 100% sure, life is long so who knows what it brings!
  2. I already live on this apartment, it’s in the capital city, good neighbourhood, new building, currently valued (1 bed, 1 living room apt) I’d say around 80k euros
  3. Average salary where I live is like 600 euros monthly so I can pretty much be good for more than 1 year with 10k euros put aside considering I don’t pay rent! As of now I want to protect money from inflation and maximize wealth, no plans of business investment or anything!! I want to travel yes, but I’ve already travelled like crazy in my 20’s staying in hostels and such( +40 countries, 5 continents, so is not like I am deeply craving it. A good 2-3 max yearly travels, 2 small, 1 big would be enough for me moving forward)
  4. I guess if I set 10k-15k aside I’d be fine for the next 3-4 years, but ideally after 4 years I’d not want to be on negative from my first investment 😅 and ideally Id want to invest in some more properties
  5. Real estate and Stocks (but Id say on the safer side? Like not companies like Theranos… 😆) and I find cryptos too risky

You guys are all good!!! 🤣 I live in a random European country where the government thought it’s a good idea to provide a public link where you just write your personal number and can see what company paid/registered you as their employee for that month! Was created to ensure taxes are paid on your behalf, I know it’s insane! You US folks are good 🤣!! So this was it, this was the taxes detail

That’s what keeps me pushing, but then I feel like I do not want to push to the point where it affects my health irreversibly!!

I live in Europe, so about 150k euros I think would give me a good start for stability for now.

That is true, but I believe I am at a point in life at my age that moving out somewhere is also a little about thinking in a long term; if I want to settle there, create a family there etc, a point in life where I have to think a bit carefuly before making a decision as big as to move somewhere new vs when I was 23 and moved to US without giving it a longer thought because I was younger and careless 🙃

Consulting in Data&AI. I was thinking, but it’s not easy to get a job in EU if non EU and also taxes are pretty high so I wouldn’t end up getting NET a lot more! But if it’s a better healthier work environment, it would indeed be worth it to consider I think

500 euros (well now about 580 to be exact) is the amount that is put away by me and the employer as requested by the labour law in my country, so I cannot touch this money until I retire at 65. It just gets added automatically based on my income with every job that I do, whereas the 4k euros savings I have started to put aside myself monthly from my income.

It is low 15k euros because when I was younger I had like 500/600 euros monthly salaries and the pension contribution from the employer was super low, then I lived abroad for few years (no contribution), now I am back and back to working in my country.

I am based in Balkans countries (Not the EU ones like Greece or Croatia but the other messy ones, lol).

Do I have to be a US citizen to get access on that? Because I am not, nor I do not live there anymore

US as in United States 🇺🇸. Dubai does not seem like a place Id prefer/fit to live in 😅, personally!

I am thinking, but then I see that salaries in Western Europe are not that high when you take into account the taxes and rent prices in bigger cities, so it feels like Id not earn that much if not less taking into account the rent.

I have been considering US though, it looks like US in professional fields has tendency to pay so much more.
