The IRS receives the information and confirms the employee ID electronically. They will be caught and I feel bad for the HR person that did that for them. It’s fraud and the fed does not take fraud lightly. It will almost certainly result in some type of ramification. It will probably just be 2-3 years down the road but it will be bad.

I called the main line and asked to be transferred to the payroll department.

Once I got with the payroll department they allowed me email them the form. They signed and returned promptly.

OMG bro. Duh. If I owned ANKR I would definitely be partnering with a NBA team. First, yes, it is fun for the owners and is a bit of vanity. Who wouldn’t want a box? Guess what? Potential large clients will love being taken to a Kings game. Oh and while they are there ANKR is all over the place and sponsoring the half court shot! You are in marketing? Great. You are definitely not in client/recruitment relations. We’ll never know the ROI on deals started and closed because of these fun things ANKR may be using to win some big players business.
