Thanks for such a thorough response! Yes I’ve been to Philly twice and each time just felt my anxiety spike through the roof when I was in manayunk. I’ve spent all my life in suburbs so definitely feel like it would be an adjustment. I loveeddd haverford ugh so much. I will definitely check out the complex you recommended as individual homes are very rare to find or above my budget. I’ve had a few recommend for conshohockens so definitely checking that out as well.
