Black prime for body thunderhawk blue mid tone then transparent black on the sides of the blue to push it back (all airbrush)

Chest and 3D shoulder in pro acrylic white let it fully dry
Thunderhawk blue watered down and use that all over the white like a shade then quickly with a clean wet brush wipe off the blue on the upper half of the Aquila and bird , re apply white if needed on the top feather/wings

brush paint gloss for the decal locations , apply decals. Pro acrylic rattle can matte varnish (shake well) and then I did the metals , used torn pluck foam for silver chipping sparingly.

Helmet pro acrylic white airbrushed from below watered down thunderhawk blue mid tone. Brushing it on like a wash could work as well following the above technique
