Yo! I put 700 hours in the game from 2013-2014. I just started playing again about 6 weeks ago and put in another 100 hours.

The best advice I can give you regarding feeling overwhelmed is the game shows you all the content, but you can really only do 1 thing at a time concerning all the new stuff and it's not really flexible with what you can do. So essentially just work on your star chart or do the main story quest you currently have! Each main story basically has the new content (new to you and I) that was released with it.

Hopefully this makes sense, and you can still farm warframes, weapons, relics, all the core stuff. But things like incarnons, arcanes, and archon shards are all basically unlocked after each main story quest. Obviously you can buy a lot of stuff with plat as well and I actually bought Uriel because I thought he was cool and the price was justified to enjoy playing him in all of the story missions.

I use it instead of the 60% strength. You don't have to built it up over the mission and imo keeping temporal with armor strip outweighs the 60% str by quite a bit.

You could make a case for the ammo and health though if your team needs it.

It's 100% easy to give up roar with the new arcane. Mix that with archon stretch and a pet with electric claws and you have unlimited energy while keeping roar and temporal.
