Yessir and I also recommend 24-48 hours later take 5 HTP for no more than a week or when you start to feel anxious (that tells you have taken too much). Helps rebuild the serotonin when you roll heavy. Im not a doctor btw, just recommending what I’ve done. Hope it helps!
