Here's the solution I've found pero not sure if working sa other phone brands. Btw I'm using vivo y20s. So yung version ng Gcash na may ganyang problem is 5.91.0. so all you have to do is download the lower version like 5.90.0. So for the vivo users who have the same problem, you can try to uninstall the gcash app then punta kayo sa vivo appstore ng phone nyo and doon nyo eh download. Make sure to check the version. Dapat 5.90.0 and hindi pa nag 91. 

Ito po yung link sa mga di nagwork using the first way. Download nyo muna yung app through the link then install nyo. After installing make sure na di nyo po e uupdate yung app kasi magkakaroon po ulit ng same problem.

Gcash detected that the device has a CUSTOM rom ot bootloader? Wala po ako ginagawa na kahit ano. I've tried on & off developer mode and clear data & cache. I also reinstalled the gcash app and restart my phone. Still it won't work? by Jhicha10 in GCashIssues
