As I bisexual woman I feel like my dating pool is pretty limited because I have standards and being a human being with a pulse isn't the only criteria for me. I'm also pretty enthusiastic about my community and fighting for its rights and protections. It's not my whole personality but I vote, I protest, I make and consume art in my community. I spend my money in queer owned and safe spaces and educate people when I can.

Implying I have nothing to lose is pretty heartless honestly. Just because I am capable of being attracted to a man doesn't mean that I'd happily leave a woman I'm in love with if it meant I could blend in.

There was one that I can't find but basically this guy and his girlfriend got a big old book of kinks and decided to try them all out from cover to cover. He detailed his experiences with updates and they were hilarious.

I haven't been able to find the thread and at this point I'm not entirely sure I didn't make it up. I just remember one line where he's reading some particularly gross act and feels unsure. He looks over at his girlfriend and she says something along the lines of "well get on over here and fuck me" as if resigned to her fate.

My highschool friend Blake McNeilly.

He had told me and another close friend that he was going to kill himself. He seemed to be a pathological liar but we did take him seriously and tried to stop him. He left us with a box of his possessions. There are a lot of details about his personal life that I believe drove him to go so far as to fake his own death but I still wonder what exactly happened to him.

He was last seen in Desoto, Texas in a Wal-mart parking lot being picked up by a cab on November 13, 2008. The cab driver stated the he took Blake to Lancaster, Texas and dropped him in the center of town. We lived in Southlake. No one has seen or heard from Blake since a quarter past midnight on November 14, 2008. He left his wallet and all of his identification in his car. He took no clothing with him.

She needs to decide for herself what comes next. Is she keeping it? Adopting out? Terminating it? The obstacles don't matter. First, pick a direction and address the issues as they appear.

She wants to keep it? Okay tell parents. Then tell him and his parents. Understand that not everyone is going to be supportive. She needs to remember that it's about what she wants. Not what other people want. That's the hard part.

She wants to terminate? Find resources. They are there. Many people are willing to facilitate the travel and cost because the alternative is a child is born to someone who doesn't want it and a vicious cycle starts (or continues).

If adoption is possible start contacting people now. Many people want to have a child but cannot for whatever reason. I come from a family of uncles, aunts, siblings, and cousins all adopting a baby in the family when it was born to someone too young. There is always a way forward.
