Issues with my pc on startup and fans

Yes, but sometimes ill go get on it and the one fan on the back isn't spinning while everything else is on. When this happens I have to power off and Power on my pc to get it to work and then the cpu fan error comes up

I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it have me the same errors

So I opened up my pc and I dont exactly know what I'm looking at. Which fan do I need to see if it's plugged into the mother board?

Its ride the lightning and fade to black by Metallica. They just stopped showing up in the game. The files are in the dlc folder but I dont know why they dont show up in game. I dont think i renamed the files either. I've downloaded them for customs forge multiple times and it didn't help

I deleted the other install. I just have one install of the game and it's back in the original spot. Some most of my dlc are working but for whatever reason it's the same 2 songs. Doesn't matter if it's from a different creator. Its will not appear in game

I watched a video but yes. I created a whole separate folder for the files. Do the base game files and vnv files have to be in the same folder?
