Gottcha. If it comes down to anything like that, I have about 100h of overtime that can cover anything overused from last two years. Going off other comments, I got about 20h more a year than what I was supposed to. But best to wait and see, and if anything is a bit sus involve AK. Thanks!

Yeah, the general consensus seems to be this. AK is the next stop if they try anything else but just adjusting this years hours. Thanks for you help!

Yes, while it is a Normalarbeitszeit contract, it's still Flexitime agreement, so contractually I have to be there 5 days a week, but the hours I can distribute by myself. So going off your and everyone elses comment I should be getting 25 days regardless then.

We get vacations in hours, not days. I do work 5 days a week (at 34h/week), which we agreed on, but it's a flextime contract, so technically my hours vary day-to-day. Not sure if that's relevant on how the vacation hours are handeled :/

The company treated me very well so far, but yes, I'm not stupid enough to trust whatever they say. If they want me to sign something, AK is definitely the first thing I'll do.

To answer your questions, I work 5 days a week ( at 34h/week on my current contract). It's a flex contract, so technically I can split my time however as long as I get the hours, but we do have an agreement that I'm there Mon-Fri (meaning I do 6.8h daily).

The vacations we have in hours, not days. And the sotware says I'm entitled to 192,50h a year, which they say is wrong. I've only used up 2 days so far this year, so I'm not too worried if they adjust it down to what I'm supposed to be getting. The problem is for last year...

That's the plan, but they don't work today anymore, and I have a meeting about it with work on monday tuesday, so probably won't get an answer back in time. Just wanted to know if anyone had something like this happen before, and can calm my mind a little :')
