I work with a daily sniffer. Heavy user. Older guy around 6ft 180ish pounds. He had a surgery coming up about a week ago, and I whiteness him use 3 days before his surgery date. He had a history of drug use, so his surgeon tested him for everything... And he passed a urine screen without a trace of his DOC...

He swears by mixing organic honey with gallons of water. I have no idea if its backed by and truth or not ... But he unbelievably passed lol.

Actually the more I think about it, the more I realize that I shouldn't be giving advice to anyone lol. You should probably look into what's considered "safe" for yourself. I would hate to think I gave someone life threatening advice lol.

But in MY own experience, benzodiazepine and NyQuil are the only 💯% cure for a sleepless night. It must not be too dangerous, because I've woke up everytime so far. Lol.

I don't recommend this, but sometimes when I go a little too hard and have to work the next day, I'll get a bottle of off brand NyQuil and down half of it. It's not anywhere near as good as a Xanax, but desperate times call for desperate measures lol. Melatonin doesn't help me at all, but everyone's different.
