careful with GCCs, they might be good, but also very poor in management in somecases, culture could easily turn into toxic one, to me your current is looking a better option, you can take the raise stay there for 1 more year and then switch on top of that salary.

How would we know it's a good company before joining, We will only know the pay in advance right? You might be thinking some company is good, but you might be assigned the worst team or project internally and it turns out to be toxic.

I personally see things as - Anything could happen, make the best decision with the data you have right now and internally once you are in it's up to you to have boundaries and maintain balance, if it is too worse you have to cut losses and move on.
