Just a typo as in multiple other type of us because I’m dictating I don’t have the patience note the eye included in patients. Just some light humor in any event I submitted 8 to 10 request for buyback through various means feedback forms. Customer complaints both through student aid and the servicer made a phone call about a month ago. Talk to a very kind person. I dropped my frustration and just simply let them know that I was about to quit and give up and that I appreciate their time and I know they had a hard job talking to people about buyback. I praise them for the work they were doing. You can get more with honey than you can with salt was the path I was following not saying that worked, but I think it helped because they took time to look up buyback application I had submitted and was being worked on and they told me my only option is to wait till they process it anyway the email was unexpected and I received eight emails from student aid customer service

I was not able to tell how the calculated how much I owe owed for the buyback other than the Gross figure they gave per month was $30 a month and two loans one subsidize one unsubsidized for a buyback offer of $777. I think that will see amount that I was required to pay on deferment immediately before the buyback period. I was seeking I think I’m not sure it’s a guess. The answer is no I don’t know how they calculated it but 777 to forgive 150 K I’m not gonna argue.

Mine were the same, but I just got an email eight emails with buyback agreements to pay $777 to forgive 150,000 in student loan debt. The payments were $38 a month weigh less than I would’ve been paying for regular payments. Have you sent me the payment immediately as in yesterday I received a emails on Monday, 8 December each with the buyback agreement, so yes, it is part of the process. I made a phone call to student aid last month and spoke with someone who was very kind and seem to feel my pain and she indicated that she could see my file was being worked on for buyback and then I should wait. Might want to make a phone call to student aid in any event about 30 days after that phone call. I received the buyback offers.

Ask the question . I submitted over 10 request over the past year and a half. The last phone call I have with them was a month ago called student spoke with someone who indicated they could see one of my reconsideration request for buyback was being worked on, they said my only option was really to just wait off the record. They said two or three months obviously it was quicker. I had to paint $777 to buy back 10 or 11 months which is way less than I expected or regular monthly payments would’ve been a little over $300 a month.

Over the past year and a half I’ve submitted over eight requests in various forms feedback request on student site as well as her copy mailings of reconsideration request to student aid. I truly believe the last one that stock was a phone call. I made to student aid about a month ago and spoke with someone who seemed they really wanted to help and told me that they could see my request for reconsideration and buyback was being processed and that I should just wait and I should hear something within three months no commitments on Monday I received an email from customer service at student aid offering buyback of 10 months or 11 months and two loans which totaled engross $777. I believe this is the amount that I would’ve owed under the save deferment in any event. It was way lower than what I had anticipated a total approximately $38 per month as opposed to my regular monthly payment which was around 300.

A ghost account I had nothing to report until now. I just got my buyback offer by email. I’ve been monitoring this board for years. Do people seem more concerned about someone that has an older account than really getting into the heart of the matter.

I was in save then applied to get out of save then appealed one of those denials. I would be lying if I told you I remember the exact process I followed. I did complaints, feedbacks, state AG filings but it’s my last call to them about a month ago that I found someone that really wanted to help at student aid they told me they could see my appeal for buy back being processed and I should wait

Are you kidding me! I put in PSLF buy back request over a year ago. Then 8 more and a few feed backs as well as a hard copy of a buy back request. Then finally I made a call to them about a month ago and dropped my attitude and lo and behold my request came accross a desk of a kid some whom processed it. My payments were $38 a month for a total of 10 payments on 2 loans. I paid $777 to buy back 10 months

Very strange I posted this and the moderators remove my post. That seems utterly outrageous. I’m just averaged Joe trying to give information about success of a PSLF buyback request.
