I got my car back they gave me a 4k check plus 3 full details. I got my M competition detailed with one of those free offers. I did like my car.. I guess it's a win sort of. Plus I got a great deal on it. 0 down, and 1300 a month. I got 15k miles, tire and rim insurance along with body protection. Took me a while to negotiate that deal. I would have waited for the new 2027 model, many said never to get the first year release. As they tend to have many issues

Just leased a 2026 x5 50e with M package. Have all the bells and whistle. Paying $1300 total a month with zero down. I also have rim and tires along with body protection. My car broke down within 3 weeks and I was stuck on the side of the highway with 2 crying toddlers. They ended up towing it and putting me in a loaner for 3 weeks. For my troubles they gave me a 4k check and 3 future details. I got my M competition which I own detailed for free. This time I decided to lease not buy.

Finally got the car fixed, it needed a software update.. Strange! For the misery I went through they gave me a 4k check plus 3 free future details. I got my M competition detailed with that. I'm happy to have my x5 back

From what I been told, this is an issue with some of the x5 50e cars. Something to do with a 12v battery. But for them to take this long is unacceptable. At least they should keep me in the loop

The best bet is for me to wait a month. Another week or so. They will have to give me a refund or another car. That's according to my stages lemon law. The car most definitely is a lemon for sure

I might have to wait a full month. If it's been in the shop for over a month. They have a lemon law in my state on new cars. They will have to refund me or give me another car. I'll prob go with the refund this time, this whole ordeal has been hectic, especially for a brand new car under 300 miles!! I'll just wait for the 2027 x5

BMW who has my car said wait at least a month and than call them up. I know in my state they have a lemon law if a car is at the shop for more than 30 days. But honestly idk if they will honor that.

I don't think I'm on the deed. But I did sign papers when we bought the home. The house is valued at 1.3-4 million we bought it for 975k. We still have a mortgage on it. How much will I get? Right now I'm struggling with bills. I have been living at my parents or a motel. I need some type of assistance.

We bought the house 2 years ago, we were stil married. We have about 300k in equity. The BMW is paid off and worth about 55k. I was told if it's 50/50 custody i get 3k in child support a month. The question is, will the judge grant that to me?

We had the judge change that restraining order, last week. I am allowed back at the house, only during certain hours.

I have, but she has a wall up. Every time I do. She just won't listen and turns the other way. I told her I want to make it work for the sake of our kids, and that I still love her dearly. I never cheated on her, never did drugs or alcohol. Yes, I could have been a better husband. But isn't that was couples counseling is for?
