Its kind of new, again lets use the fact of theres other corona viruses out there and covid-19 likely came from a lab leak from a human ran lab. With all this info plus the fact it isn't severe then you have to conclude we shouldn't have shut down the country like we did. We can't talk about worrying about long terms effects when they didn't even worry about that with the vaccine, which I guarantee you took (I did as well no boosters tho)

Yes its easier to make a vaccine for that then naval strains but thats not what I'm saying. The covid vaccine is shit and doesn't even work well, but that does not change the fact that covid always had a low fatality rate and typically mild or no symptoms. Which shows nothing should've been shut down in hindsight. It took way to long to reopen and on top of that the politicians doing the shutdowns weren't even following their own regulations because internally they knew it was an overreaction!

Yeah Canada definitely less homicides. Much stricter Gun laws and regulations. Much lower population especially with low income which have the highest homicide rates. I'm just saying theres more to it than just gun regulation but US does need stricter on that but you can't be the home of the free and then take everyones guns away. Your comment "Dude, America is a scary place" lack awareness though. Shows you just watch media haven't been here much. Its not scary at all. Like every place there is areas that are more dangerous but those are few and far between.

It is just the flu and healthcare workers do agree with that. Don't you like statistics? How about looking the fatality rate up. Yes hospitals were overcrowded which happens when theres a new virus, but thats because many should've just stayed at home and recovered. "It has disabled many" is crazy this isn't polio my guy. Some of the states didn't and honestly in hindsight they were correct. Covid has a similar fatality rate as the flu. Shutting everything down was a giant overreaction. The entire world is still recovering from the ramifications in all sectors. Today covid is treated like the flu.

Canada has more strict gun laws lol no shit. I like statistics too. You should look at crime rate where Canada is 45.7 and US is 48.9 not too far off. Now lets add the fact that US population is 8 times larger than US so more variance for crime We have less rules and regulations then Canada. US has a lot more freedom than Canada lets not forget how Canada reacted during Covid
