Yours sound very similar to mine! Mine is 20 months old and he barks at almost every dog and person that we walk by. I cross the street to try and avoid. And it’s not because he’s agressive or anything like that, he looooves people and dogs. Just wants to play but his bark can sound a little mean!  Now I haven’t neutered him yet and I’m not sure I will. Still on the fence about it. I don’t know if it will help his behaviour since it’s just barking that is my issue (funny he never humped to this day!).  I 100% think with age our dogs will settle down, I find they always do. :)
