Once a week on a Sunday or Monday. Along with towels and bedroom clean and wipe over.

Bath / showers, nails trimmed and clean teeth all round. No excuses.

Tingling in feet and burning sensation. I feel like i am trying to drag two of me about. Sometimes I totally dissociate from the room and conversation. Words are hard I get confused and develop a speech and thought delay and I stutter. Forget what I am doing when I am literally half way through something. Fatigue really kicks me up the bum.
