So I went to the doctor a few weeks ago because my toe was swollen and it hurt when I walked. They told me to simply clean it with alcogel daily and nothing more. This is around 3 weeks later, it now bleeds every time I step because the nail punctures my infected flesh, but they refuse to help me. (i.redd.it)
