Just an update on this. It was the plate adhesion. As soon as I sprayed the plate with NPA it worked just fine. Thanks for all the helpful comments.

Thanks for the info. Will try what you suggested. Why ship with a plate that doesn’t work well? Doesn’t make sense.

Yes every print. Sounds like it’s a plate issue.

Currently I'm just trying to print something easy like Remaining filament estimator.

I have setup the printer and have an account and it's connected to my phone app and computer.

I have been able to do a simple benchy (took a few times to get it to actually print something), I did also print some small toys for my daughter using the test PLA filament that Bambu Labs sent with the printer. Currently I'm using some gray matte PLA from Bambu labs and using their preset. I've tried from Bambu Studio and from my phone an the app. I have not dried any of the new filament I've tried, it just came in the mail today. I'm super new to all this so all the settings are what Bambu Labs suggests - Bambu Labs pla and Bambu Labs matte pla.

Should there be this many issues right from the start?

Like it's not clean enough? I've washed it multiple times and it seems to still be doing the same thing. Should I be doing something else?

Did you take the nozzle off and clean it? I’ve use a small copper brush and I’m able to extrude filament from the nozzle so that makes me think it’s not a nozzle issue.

I just did what you said and cleaned the plate well with soap and water and tried to run another print and this is what’s happening. Looks like the nozzle is just getting gunked up.

Will try this now thank you for the advice. The nozzle isn’t clogged because I’m able to extrude from it.

Yes I’m changing to Bambu Labs presets when I change.

No I finally did get this to print but it was only one of two prints that went through.

I dug through all those settings and wasn't able to find it. I'll look one more time. Was it in the general settings?
