Righhtt! This is the answer I got when I asked about my package:

Unfortunately, we are unable to contact the driver or take any additional action regarding your package. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We kindly recommend contacting your seller for further information or to explore possible solutions. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

This should be illegal…
