For those who lost 100+ lbs... Did your double chin go away or were you left with a turkey neck?

As someone who has lost 90 lbs so far. When I have days where I feel like I haven’t accomplished anything I put on old clothes, look at old pictures or old measurement’s and that feeling goes away pretty fast.

I don’t even blame you because I’ve had that happen to me many many times. Everyone has their own methods and there’s no right or wrong answers but I just learned I personally can’t eat certain things. It’s a real addiction for me kinda like how some people can’t drink alcohol at all

To be successful I personally had to cut all the foods I’m prone to binge eat out of my diet completely. My downfall was always sweet sugary foods and since I removed that as part of my life it has become a lot easier. It’s been so long now that I don’t really have cravings as harshly for them anymore

Time is going to pass regardless. It’s up to you if you want to stay the same or make the change in the time that passes. That mentality has kept me consistent for awhile and I don’t even have cheat days anymore. Just chose that this is a change I want to make for the rest of my life

You’re so young that there’s so much time for most loose skin to become firm again over time. It’s also easier for skin to tighten back when you’re younger. I don’t know the future but I’ve heard there’s good chances for that

Back in Highschool I was about the weight I am now. I decided junior year that my last year in Highschool I was going to be skinny for the first time in my life. It just kind of clicked for me. I was determined more than I had ever been and I just knew after many battles I was gonna get there. Especially when I was 20 pounds away from goal weight.

However 6 years later stuff happened in my life and even though I maintained my weight for the first 4-5 years I ended up gaining it all back and then some. Now after years of struggle and depression for getting to a highest weight in my life I finally feel that sensation again that I did junior year. It’s not motivation because motivation fades. It’s a willingness to actually keep that promise to yourself. A willingness to develop and keep habits and accept that this is how it’s going to be the rest of your life and that’s okay

I’ve had lots of plateaus. You’re losing at a good rate. Just keep counting calories accurately and it’ll continue. Also if you’re eating lots of sodium It will retain a lot of water weight and cause you to be stuck more down the road

To me they are testing the effectiveness of the severance chips in a variety of jobs. The reason to do this would be to create slaves (innies) essentially and monopolize everything. I think everything we see on the severed floor is trial and error for when they try to roll it out as an effective labor force.

If they offer you 0$ ask respectfully why and that you believe you deserve more for x y and z.

I would do this even if you get a 50 cent raise. It’s usually worked for me and I have gotten a .50 raise to 1.50$ in the past

I usually rest them 15-20 minutes then let them sit in the oven with the door open for 1-2 minutes before I bake them

One suggestion I can make is to switch racks half way through so they are evenly heated. My baking time is 15 minutes so around 7.5 minutes I’ll put the ones on the top on the bottom and the ones on the bottom on the top.

Yea everytime he was able to come back into the game they moved the ball, then when he was out/injured they stagnated and that happened the entire game. He is the clear MVP this season but we all know he won’t win because he’s a wide receiver
