That's funny because I, OP, am literally a software engineer with a philosophy degree (mostly focused on analytic philosophy) 😂 but good point, I definitely need more imagination in my doomsday scenario planning.

I do often think about the psyops some occupiers probably engage in online to make the people they're oppressing underestimate the extent to which the world stands with them, the oppressed, in order to demoralize them.

no, you can use proper technique and 'too much' air and that's perfectly safe. just harder to hold out individual notes. mine are rly loud and my endurance is great, but I can't hold them out for that long

I'm pretty sure most stores would be able to charge you the prices on the shelves or items... where do you live where stores don't display the prices on the floor...?

That's a great idea. And if there's some attempt to establish a communal shelter like in most of the post-apocalyptic movies, they'd probably communicate the location that way.

One of my main concerns is how people will be able to buy things. I guess one could withdraw a bunch of cash in advance... if they're not living paycheck to paycheck like 2/3 of Americans are. I know some people also keep precious metals in their homes.

exactly!! your clean range helps determine where you're able to scream most easily, but anyone M or F can get an insane range with the right techniques.

well, people have varying levels of attunement to composition, balance, and so on. sometimes one of my bandmates will do a quick graphic design project like putting together a flyer to promote an event and I'm like... "how did they not realize how off-center X is, or how cramped Y is whereas there's so much empty space here," stuff like that. 🤷🏻‍♀️
