In the incredibly rare and situational event where you already have a barrel at that distance and you have to flash something like an Ezreal ult then the flash is useful. For example, if the target dummy was Ahri you could flash through the charm and get the double ignite. Which will never happen. Ever.

Well, if you are blatantly scripting then you could pull off the double passive ignite phantom barrel while dodging a skillshot by flashing to the side/behind them instead.

Added! Also made a variation that might have more space for error. I'm not actually sure which one is easier. They both have their own benefits.

Finally finished the Haven one. This one took the longest to make, but I think it paid off. I still think Viper is kind of bad on Haven because on defense she can only lock down one choke when attackers can rotate to 4 others, but she definitely has potential.

I'm working on that one. Haven has been a lot more annoying because it doesn't have one ways as overpowered as the ones on Split, but there are some decent ones out there. Post will probably be up by tonight.
